We are changing the way we work as part of our wait time plan. This involves innovating and digitizing processes, and creating new tools to help our decision-makers complete your disability benefit applications faster. Part of finding solutions that reduce wait times is connecting with Veterans and other stakeholders for feedback so we can refine ideas, build new tools and create better solutions together.

  • This survey is voluntary and will take between 10-15 minutes to complete.

We want to understand barriers you face when you apply for disability benefits for the first time. Based on your feedback, we will identify and look for ways to solve these issues.

This is our first consultation on the disability benefits application process, but it won’t be our last. We will continue to consult and engage with Veterans regularly on improvements to help reduce wait times.
